Energy Flow Massage – Marma Abhyanga [60 minutes]

An ancient therapy combining pressure to specific marma (vital) points all over the body and yogic stretches of all joints. The massage manipulates healthy flow of energy through the body’s junctions and nadis (pathways and channels), and delivery is personalised according to your needs.

Energy Flow Massage with Cleanse – Marma Abhyanga Snanam [90 minutes]

As above with the added benefit of a cleanse at the end of the massage with a traditional powder called Snanam.

Pummelling Massage – Pinda Sweda [60 minutes]

Therapeutic Ayurvedic herbal powders are crushed in a traditional pestal and mortar and tied into a muslin cloth which forms the medium for this treatment, known in India as a bolus. After warming, oil is applied to the body using the bolus and an Ayurvedic technique known as pummelling. Extremely nourishing, strengthening and rejuvenating, this treatment is great for sports enthusiasts as it addresses problems relating to weak joints and sore muscles.

Lymphatic Detox Massage – Garshan [45 minutes]

An exclusive skin softening body exfoliation first using a raw silk glove known as garshan, followed by a firm but down ward flowing massage using an invigorating oil, cleansing the body.

Head, Neck and Shoulder –  Shirobhyanga [30 minutes]

A deeply therapeutic caring treatment designed to nourish the scalp, and wash away tensions associated with migraine, headache and neck stiffness. Begin with warm dosha specific oils poured into your hair, aiding the nourishment of roots. Whilst the indigenous herbs calm and revitalise the spirit, ancient massage techniques allow your body to surrender and enhance overall equilibrium.

Back Massage – Peethabhyanga [30 minutes]

A combination of pressure techniques and rhythmic application of warming oils to enhance circulation and improve blood supply to every part of the body. Focused work on ten marma (vital) points also increases energy flow.

Lower Leg and Foot – Padabhyanga [30 minutes]

Lower leg and foot massage: relax, revitalise and reconnect with padabhyanga – Tri- Dosha’s Ayurvedic alternative to reflexology. Combining deeply therapeutic techniques to release energy blockages, improve circulation and restore tired calf muscles, the body feels eased and energised. In addition, the soles of the feet are cleansed and nourished. Beautiful as a preventative monthly maintenance therapy against the stresses of the modern world.

Pure Radiance – Mukhabhyanga [30 minutes]

Working on your face, neck and head, Mukhabhyanga is a remedial therapy where firm pressure lifts facial muscles, leaving a youthful and vibrant glow. Achieve a visible radiance with the use of ancient methods. By massaging marma points, the movements increase energy flow; stimulate blood flow and collagen, which helps to reduce problem lines.

Holistic Glow – Soundaryam Vardhini [60 minutes]

Harnessing the power of Tri-Dosha’s pure range of Ayurvedic natural products, made from wild grown medicinal herbs, this is a facial that goes beyond the norm. It starts by cleansing the skin with liberal amounts of Tri-Dosha cleanser. Following this, an Ayurvedic facial massage is carried out to boost energy flow. A soft face scrub, formulated with powerful ingredients kutki and fitkari, is applied while a soothing head massage whisks your stresses away. Next, as a face mask of neem and sandalwood is left on to work its magic, relax as a foot and leg massage is provided to ease tired muscles. To finish, a moisturiser is massaged in using circular motions over marma points, leaving your skin fresh and revitalised.

Deep Cleanse – Shilajita Mumiyo [60 minutes]

Try this traditional Ayurvedic facial using soft bundles filled with herbs and carefully selected Ayurvedic products. Indulge and relax with Tri- Dosha’s three-step approach. First smooth your skin and stimulate your system with a garshan body mitt application. This Ayurvedic raw silk glove will caress your body and senses. Next, let your stresses drift away thanks to a full body massage called marma abhyanga energy flow, designed to encourage vitality and an extra spring in your step. Finally bring back the blossom to your complexion with a mukhabhyanga face massage, using dosha specific oils to replenish moisture, luminosity and health to your complexion.

Clarifying Wrap [90 minutes]

The ultimate body overhaul, this treatment promises a top-to-to refresh. Starting off with a full body exfoliation with kolakula powder to stimulate the system and slough away rough skin, you will be cocooned in a herbal bath powder wrap, which is made with 100% natural ingredients with anti-bacterial, antifungal, anti-oxidant properties. Once you are snug and fully wrapped, an electric thermal blanket will help you to ‘sweat’ out toxins for 30 minutes. After this you can cool down, rinse and ensure your skin is supple with a luscious application of Tri-Dosha lotion.

If you suffer from insomnia, fatigue, stress of difficulty switching off, this third eye ‘bliss’ treatment of warm blended oil gently poured in a slow rhythmic movement over the forehead marma (vital) point, also known as the third eye, will help you. Profoundly relaxing, this treatment works to switch off a chattering mind and induce deep rest for a renewed energy and calm that borders meditation. A facial or foot and leg treatment precedes the shirodhara.

The first 2-hr consultation is in person where Sunita will show you a handful of meditation and breathing exercises you can use to soothe your mind and increase your energy levels, health and enjoyment of life.
