Session Details:

  1. Ayurveda and a philosophical view of mind and body. While Western medicine looks at people through specialisms, Ayurveda’s timeless wisdom focuses on each person as a unified whole.
  2. Ayurveda and nutrition: Sattvic, Rajasic & Tamasic Food. We are what we eat. While Western medicine focuses primarily on nurturing the physical body, we know that mental and emotional health are equally, if not more important.
  3. Ayurveda and emotional well-being. Guidance in how to open the heart, forge a deeper connection between body and mind and facilitate a shift in attitude.
  4. Ayurveda and healing: yoga and marma. Practices like meditation, yoga and pranayama are universal now, but many of us forget that, alongside speaking our truth and living a true life, these very techniques are the founding principles of Ayurveda that kept our ancestors healthy and balanced for over 5,000 years.
