Whether this is your first experience of Ayurveda or a new step on your well-being journey, I am here to support you.

My philosophy is a complete one, a 360-degree approach that integrates diet, exercise, meditation and massage therapy in a potently holistic approach.

I’ve drawn on 20 years of experience as an Ayurvedic practitioner and trainer to create four unique treatments, using every ounce of my spirit, heart and holistic skill to help realign your mind, body and soul.

MY 1-2-1 WELLNESS SESSIONS

The goal: Explore the shape of you. This consultation will reveal core patterns that make you who you are and reveal how you are. Think of it as watching the apparently random images on a kaleidoscope fall into place in a shape you recognise as your own.

The elements at work: What comes up will help explain much of your experience with food, with illness and with stress. Your particular energetic combination crystallises in a form known as your prakruti. In doing so, it sheds light on your vikruti – that is, your characteristic elemental imbalance. One defines the other – and we need both to evolve.

Nourish your body: In a detailed session lasting 105 minutes, we will discuss your diet, what foods will best nourish you, and which to cut down on. Food is medicine, and making changes at a dietary level can create ripples through your life. As you tune into your essential nature, you’ll feel the value of these changes.

Energise your spirit: We’ll also explore what practices will best support your ability to love and to grow, to achieve and to heal. What works best for one doesn’t always suit another, thanks to our elemental constitution.

You will receive a follow-up personalised document which will include:

‣ Dosha-specific food guidance
‣ Recommended body and breathing techniques for relaxation, flexibility and strength
‣ Ways to change habits and achieve goals
‣ Tailored approaches to health issues ranging from digestive and skin conditions to menstrual patterns and allergies
‣ Pointers for dealing with anxiety, depression, procrastination and compulsions

If all this seems a lot to cover in the time, bear in mind that when fundamental patterns are identified there’s a tendency for other matters that were previously hidden to become more apparent. This Reflect programme, therefore, empowers you to become the architect of your own health.

The goal: Feeling burnt out and exhausted? We all have those days – weeks even – when we’re just not feeling it. To remedy this, I’ve created a course of specialist treatment using 100% wildcrafted products from my own brand Tri-Dosha, combined with specialised relaxation techniques to help restore and energise.

The power of touch: It’s the Ayurvedic take on a concept found in many cultures, that pressure to vital points increases overall flow and vitality. Your experience is completely personalised to who you are when you show up and guaranteed to leave you with a glow that starts on the inside.

Suitable for:
Relaxation, rejuvenation, energy flow, skin cleansing, or anyone going through bereavement, burnout or stress

Method:
Initial 30-minute consultation – Zoom
Follow-up hands-on 90-min facial and/or bodywork treatments with breathwork. Minimum 1 session a week over 12-week commitment at Sunita Passi Private Holistic Wellness Studio.  

Optional:
Ongoing 45-min telephone consultations.

The goal: Have you felt under physical, mental or emotional stress for many years? Suffering long-term stress can age you earlier than nature intended. My Recovery method is the solution that puts you on the road to recovery.

Rewind and unwind: With the effects of coping with Covid-19, and the accumulation of everyday stresses, we could all do with a much-needed check-in with our mind and body. After completion of the entire treatment programme, you will feel and appear about five years younger.

There is a range of conditions that can be transformed through the Recovery programme:

Let it all go: A traditional detox method that’s tailored to your needs, including skin diseases, emotional stress, serious anxiety, digestive problems, elimination disorders and sciatica.

We’ll deep-dive: Root causes are addressed and realisations made, allowing you to move forward feeling renewed in body and mind. Every person’s experience of this process is respected as being unique.  

Reconnect with yourself: I do this by exploring dietary changes, practising meditation, enjoying massage, and traditional cleansing therapies. There’s also time spent disconnecting from other concerns. You’ll spend a few days getting to know yourself again, and finding new ways to breathe, to relax, to connect, and to use some tried-and-tested means of clearing toxins from your system.

Follow-up 90-min individualised treatments designed for a specific purpose. Minimum 1 session a week over 12 week commitment at Sunita Passi Private Holistic Wellness Studio. The process must be completed within one year.

The goal: My approach to coaching emerges from a spiritual core. Without that sense of something bigger shaping the realities of life on a daily basis, the rollercoaster ride life presents is trickier to engage with. Purpose changes everything, even if we feel we’ve strayed away from it. Adding global complexity and chaos to our own personal struggles creates ripples that can affect so much of our lives. Family, relationships, personal and business goals – so many were affected in seismic ways by the Covid-19 pandemic, and what might come next.

A place of calm: I will support you in creating new resources and an inner compass to recognise when you’re headed in the right direction, even when the maps you once used to chart your life no longer match present reality. The sessions can focus on professional or personal matters which, of course, for most of us overlap.

How it works: Start off with a no-obligation 15-minute consultation, and if you feel you click with me, then a schedule can be arranged to suit your specific needs.

I have built a solid business, made mistakes, learnt about the industry inside out and done my own deep dive into personal growth. Having unleashed my own purpose, I now feel qualified to guide others.
