Practices like meditation, yoga and pranayama are universal now, but many of us forget that, alongside speaking our truth and living a true life, these very techniques are the founding principles of Ayurveda that kept our ancestors healthy and balanced for over 5,000 years.
This final session will delve deeper into these healing tools which, used along with marma point therapy, can help relieve pain, enhance immunity, balance the emotions and help us be the very best we can be. We owe it to ourselves.
