Living Ayurveda for Health & Harmony – Session 1


Ayurveda and a philosophical view of mind and body. While Western medicine looks at people through specialisms, Ayurveda’s timeless wisdom focuses on each person as a unified whole.

In this historical and philosophical overview of the mind – the manas or stream of consciousness as it is known – you will learn how to ignite the tools for developing awareness. The more conscious we become, the better we can enrich the manas and respond to Ayurveda’s natural healing pharmacy.

Includes an hour of teaching followed by a Q&A, and 20 minutes of guided meditation.
